The Loren Cook Grease Terminator is designed to "terminate" grease problems generated in most kitchen applications. When used properly, the multiple layer, dual fiber, grease capture and containment system stops grease from reaching roof tops and other areas.
The clear canister, which fastens to the drain of an upblast roof ventilator, absorbs almost eight times it's own weight and is easily installed on a Cook model VCR and LPB restaurant roof exhaust venilators and Cook CP series.
